YURNFREEZE operates with a dual-stage fluidization and dual-pressure chamber system as follows:
• Vibratory feeding system evenly distributes products
• First Belt (Crusting Zone):
High-velocity cold air freezes the product surface.

Pulsating airflow prevents product accumulation.
