Working Principle:
Fluidized bed freezer is best machine to realize fruit,vegetable and some seafood fluidization monomer, frozen goods move in the transmission belt, with increase of air velocity, When wind pressure reaches a certain value, food part particles upward, bed expansion, void fraction increases and format fluidized bed. Fluidized bed body at this time is the strong cold wind blowing at the bottom of the food in the suspended state, fast frozen food by cooling, surface freezing, deep freezing three phases, in order to gain the highest quality of frozen food.
Fluidization freezer freezes products by vibration and air pressure which make products float on the stainless steel belt and avoid sticking.
Fluidized bed freezer adopts stainless steel mesh belt. During operation, the food particles are blown by the vertical high-speed air flow to form a semi suspended state (semi fluid quick freezing) or a fully suspended state (full fluid quick freezing). The suspended food particles are surrounded by the low-temperature air flow and are quickly frozen; At the same time, a mechanical vibration or air flow pulse vibration device is designed under or on the side of the conveyor belt. When the food particles are frozen on the surface, they are separated by vibration, effectively avoiding mutual bonding.
Quiet centrifugal fans generate high pressure, high velocity and low temperature air flow vertically upwards through the belt.
The oil, fans, conveyor belt and baffles create closed air circulation to ensure efficient heat absorption from the food.

The semi fluidized bed freezer adopts "horizontal conveying mode", and a mechanical vibration device is designed under the two-stage conveyor belt; In the process of high-speed airflow blowing of food particles, at the same time, the vibrating device constantly knocks the mesh belt, which accelerates the movement of food particles, enhances the flow pattern effect and avoids the adhesion between particles;
Compared with full flow, semi fluidized bed freezer is more suitable for freezing relatively large and thick fruits and vegetables, such as green beans, strawberries, cherries, French fries, broccoli, meatballs, etc.
