Automatic fish peeling machine runs depending on sprocket to drive the drive shaft, input conveyor, output conveyor, and pressure shaft and so on. The sprocket carries fish to a patented cutter to separate the fish from the skin,and then skin is cleared away by skin disposal shaft, fish is carried away by output conveyor, thus, the whole processing is completed.
Characters
Easy operation and high security can make unskilled workers operate it. All elements hanging inside are sealed up by cover,and located outside the processing area.Gear can be rotated by hand for cleanness. It is made of stainless steel.Conveyor and pressure shaft are made of plastic that meeting hygiene standard, the surface is smoothing and the elements are easy to clean. Skin disposal shaft and clean equipment keep the sprocket clean during the processing. Can peel with blunt blade and sharp blade.The front one

Refrigerating Sticky fish-peeling Machine
Refrigerating sticky fish-peeling machine first uses the refrigerating unit to refrigerate the roller between -30ºC and-40ºC, and then the belt carries the fish to be peeled through the roller, after that, the fish will stick to the surface of the roller. High-speed rotated belt tachihaki scrapes the fish sticking in the roller and leave the fish skin and fattiness in it. The fish meat goes into next procedure and the skin or fattiness are scraped away by scraper blade.
