The air-cooled condenser is a kind of heat dissipation equipment which is matched with freon refrigeration equipment and is cooled by air. Air-cooled condenser is a kind of radiating facility. Four models available: H,V,U and L.H.L type isside bolwing,V and U type are roof blowing.
Evaporative condenser is a high-efficiency and energy-saving heat exchange equipment that uses the water film sprayed on the surface of the heat exchange coil to evaporate and absorb the heat of the fluid in the pipe, so that the fluid in the pipe can be condensed. The dry and cold air enters from the lower air inlet, exchanges heat and mass with the circulating water flowing from the upper part, absorbs heat and moisture, becomes hot and wet air, and is discharged from the inner outlet of the top. The cooled hostage enters from the inlet of the upper part of the coil unit, passes back and forth in the coil unit for many times, fully exchanges heat with the circulating water, and then discharges from the outlet of the lower part of the coil unit. The circulating water is pumped from the lower water collecting tank to the upper shower pipe group, and evenly distributed to the outer surface of the coil group through the large flow nozzle. At the same time, it transfers heat with the medium in the pipe and the external air. A small amount of water evaporates into the air, and most of the water falls back to the water collecting tank for circulation again.

                Air-cooled Condenser
1. The shell is made of high-quality steel plate, with plastic sprayed surface, corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance;
2. The coil adopts the staggered arrangement of copper pipes, and uses mechanical expansion to make the copper pipes closely connected with aluminum sheets, with good heat exchange effect;
3. The air-cooled condenser has undergone 2.8MPa air tightness test and system blowdown treatment;
4. The condensers adopt motors with large air volume and low speed, which are installed in-house, with low noise and beautiful appearance, and can be widely used in refrigeration equipment with high noise requirements.
 

 

 

                Evaporative Condenser
1. The condensation heat of the refrigerant is directly discharged to the outdoor air and water. There is no intermediate heat exchange link of the cooling water system. The condensation temperature of the unit can be reduced by about 4 ºC compared with the traditional water-cooling unit, and the energy efficiency ratio can be increased by 12%. At the same time, the cooling water pump can be saved and the power consumption is low.
2. The cooling water spray system adopts the basket nozzle with large flow and anti blocking to ensure the continuous and uniform distribution of water, the full heat exchange between water, air and refrigerant, and the excellent heat exchange performance of the condenser;
3. High efficiency heat exchange is realized by using the technology of wind water mixed flow heat exchange coil in the same direction and PVC filler.
