The insulated cabinet is high strength frame structure which filled PU foamed to ensure non-deformation under high pressure. Both inside and outside are made of stainless steel SUS304 which is thickness of 0.8mm.
The top plate is connected to the oil cylinder by tow frame. Liquid supply pipe and suction pipe which are made of stainless steel SS304 mental hose are connected to the total pipeline. Joint gasket seals are used PTFE.
The hydraulic plate freezer system divided into two parts, cylinder and hydraulic station. After grinding process and hard chrome-plated piston rod surface treatment, cylinders have long service life and no leakage. The electromagnetic valves can control the plates up or down movement.
