The insulation body is a stainless steel polyurethane sandwich panel, wall thickness of both sides of the panel is 0.6mm, internal polyurethane is high-pressure foaming by imported high-pressure foaming machine, the polyurethane material is made of German products, and the filling volume density is ≥ 42kg/m³, the library board thickness S=150mm, there is a concave-convex stop connection between the library boards.

The library door is a reinforced structure, and there is an electric heater between the door and the door frame, which can be opened at any time; the library door is equipped with an automatic sensor magnetic switch.

                      Air Cooler
Air cooler is a kind of internal cooling and cooling equipment used in refrigeration units for various cold storages. It is divided into three series according to applicable temperature, which can be applied to different storage temperatures, including for fresh storage at around 0 °C, cold storage at around -18 °C, quick freezing storage below -25 °C.
                 Condensing Unit
1. The condenser, refrigeration unit and PLC control electric box are made into a whole, which reduces the work of on-site installation, simplifies the pipeline of refrigeration system, and makes it more convenient for installation personnel. At the same time, the unit is an outdoor unit. Therefore, there is no need to set up a separate machine room, just place the unit in a place with good outdoor ventilation.
2. The unit is equipped with remote monitoring module, which can directly monitor the operation of the unit through the cloud, so as to find and deal with problems early, so as to avoid unnecessary losses.
3. The unit is equipped with an electronic expansion valve as a throttling element, which can efficiently adjust the opening of the expansion valve and accurately meet the load of the cold storage. All the circuits of the electronic expansion valve are wired inside the unit to facilitate on-site installation.
4. The refrigeration unit and PLC control box are integrated in the outdoor ventilation place, and the touch screen is separately placed in the indoor place convenient for operation, so as to avoid the problem of water inflow in the box caused by opening holes in the outdoor electric box.
